1. General
Rates are quoted in the currency shown and are inclusive of VAT. Rates are subject to change without further notice.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM · Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is subject to availability at 50% of the room rate.
3. Child Policy
Children under 3 sharing with 2 adults: free. Children 4–11 sharing with 2 adults: 50% of adult DBL rate. Children 4–11 sharing with 1 adult: 75% of adult DBL rate.
4. Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be received no later than 21 days prior to arrival.
5. Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% charge. 29 days or fewer before arrival: 100% charge. No-shows will be charged in full.
6. Festive Season Surcharge
A compulsory surcharge applies on Christmas (24–25 Dec), New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (31 Dec–1 Jan), and Easter Sunday and Monday.
7. Groups
1 person travels free (half double rate) for every 20 full paying guests.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
